Cuz I’m African x El Flaco
El Flaco, birth name Ifueko Ayomide Alonge, was born in 1985 and bred in Lagos, Nigeria. Started writing songs at the age of 8, and by the age of 10 had written his first play. His musical influences cross over numerous genres, spanning from hip hop’s ‘Roc-A-Fella era’ to Fiest and Boyz Noise, an everything in between. He moved to London in 2004, where he started putting out music under BeMe Ent after meeting up and forging a friendship with rapper ‘Beazy’. Together they created quite a buzz in the UK uni circuit with songs like ‘Gimme That’, ‘Game on Lock’, and ‘Make Way’, among others. Now standing on his own two (having created Mirror Man Music), he hopes to step out and carve his own footprints in the sands of time
